他汀类药物抗脓毒症作用研究进展

脓毒症的发病率正日益增加,目前仍是临床危重症患者的主要死因.越来越多的临床观察研究和基础研究表明,他汀类药物有可能降低脓毒症患者的病死率,其作用机制包括抗炎、抗氧化、免疫调节、改善内皮功能、降低血液的凝血活性及增加NO的生物利用度等.然而,他汀类药物能否广泛应用于脓毒症治疗仍有待于在将来的临床试验中得到进一步验证.
