中西医结合治疗精神分裂症的几点思考

近年来精神分裂症的发病率呈上升趋势,对于此病的治疗也引起了广泛关注,在临床上中西医结合治疗成为必然。针对两者结合的方式,笔者认为,以阳性症状或攻击症状为主要临床表现的患者,在精神科治疗上,应以西药为主,而中药治疗应以治疗西药引起的不良反应为切入点,通过辨证论治,全面调整患者体质;以阴性症状和认知症状为主的患者,抗精神病药物治疗应以中药为首选,根据情况适当辅用必要的西药。由于针灸治疗方法简洁,治疗方案个体化,随症选穴,且除传统的针灸治疗外,还有如穴位药物注射等,灵活方便,故可在发作期随症选用,辅助治疗。

Some Thoughts on Treatment of Schizophrenia with Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

The morbidity of schizophrenia is being increased recently and more attention being paid on its treatment. The treatment of the integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine has already become a necessary tendency. For the patients with positive symptoms or attacking symptoms mainly, the western medicine should be the main therapeutic medicine and Chinese herbs should be considered as a medicine for treating the side effect induced by Western medicine and a medicine to regulate the constitution of the patients in every aspects through symptom differentiation. For the patients with negative symptoms and recognition symptoms, the traditional Chinese medicine should be the first choice among the antipsychotic medicines. The acupuncture and western medicine may be the additional treatment.
