| 摘 要： | 目的:观察鼻内窥镜下等离子低温消融治疗儿童腺样体肥大的疗效和安全性。方法:对21例5-13岁腺样体肥大儿童采用鼻内窥镜下等离子低温消融治疗,刺入点4-6个。结果:21例中一次治愈20例,1例二次治疗痊愈,全部患者鼾症、鼻塞、流涕症状消失,随访6-12月无复发,无任何并发症。结论:鼻内窥镜下等离子低温消融治疗儿童腺样体肥大是一种安全、有效、操作简单、损伤小的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect and security of the treatment by low temperature-plasma-melt under nasal endoscope on adenoidal hypertrophy in children.Methods: Twenty-one young patients(aged 5-13 years) with adenoidal hypertrophy underwent low temperature-plasma-melt treatment under nasal endoscope and each was punctured at 4-6 dots.Results: Twenty in twenty-one patients were cured at one time and the other one was cured after the second operation.The symptom of snore,snuffle and tears flow in all patients disappeared and no side effect appeared in 6-12 months of following-up.Conclusion: The above method is a secure,effective,easily handled and less harmful therapy for adenoidal hypertrophy in children. |
