cyclin D1,PCNA及p16基因在膀胱移行上皮细胞癌中的表达及其意义

摘    要:[目的 ]探讨周期蛋白D 1(cyclinD 1)、增殖性细胞核抗原 (PCNA)及 p16基因在膀胱移行上皮细胞癌中的表达及其意义 .[方法 ]采用免疫组织化学S P染色法研究cyclinD 1,PCNA及p 16基因在6 2例膀胱移行上皮细胞癌中的表达 .[结果 ]在 6 2例膀胱移行上皮细胞癌中cyclinD 1,PCNA及p 16基因的阳性表达率分别为 6 5 % ,73% ,4 2 % ,与正常膀胱移行上皮中的表达率相比较有显著性差异 .在膀胱移行上皮细胞癌的不同病理分级中cyclinD 1,PCNA及 p 16基因的阳性表达率分别示 ,G 1级为4 0 % ,35 % ,70 % ;G 2级为 70 % ,88% ,30 % ;G 3级为 10 0 % ,10 0 % ,2 2 % ;各病理分级之间均有显著性差异 .在不同的临床分期 ,3者的阳性表达率分别示 ,Tis~T1期为 5 4 % ,6 3% ,5 0 % ,T2 ~T4期为 93% ,10 0 % ,19% ,不同的临床分期之间均有显著性差异 .[结论 ]cyclinD 1、PCNA及 p 16基因等多种基因的异常表达可能与人类膀胱移行上皮细胞癌的发生、发展及预后有密切关系 .

Abstract:OBJECTIVE?To investigate the expression a nd significance of tne cyclin D?1, PCNA and p?16 in TCC o f the bladder.?METHODS?The expressions of cyclin D?1, P C NA and p?16 were studied in 62 cases of transitional cell carcinoma of the blad der by immunohistochemistry.?RESULTS?The positive ratios of cy clin D?1, PCNA and p?16 were 65%, 73% and 42% in 62 case of TCCs, respec tively, but there were no expressions of cyclin D?1 and PCNA in normal bladder epithelium. The positive ratios of p?16 was 100% in normal bladder epithelium . There were significant differences between normal bladder epithelium and TCCs. The positive ratios of cyclin D?1, PCNA and p?16 in different pathological g rades were 40%,35% and 70% in G?1, 70%,88% and 30% in G?2 and 100%,100% and 22% in G?3. The positive rates of cyclin D?1, PCNA and p?16 in Tis~T 1 stages were 54%,63% and 50% and in T 2~ T 4 stages were 93%,100% and 19%. The significance differences were observed between high clinical stages and low clinical stages.?CONCLUSION? The abnormal expressions of cyclin D?1, PCNA and p?16 have close correlatio n with the occurrence, progression and prognosis of TCCs.
