| 摘 要： | 甘遂为峻下逐水药。用药后通过对离体子宫收缩频率、紧张度和持续收缩时间变化的观察,表明甘遂提取液可显著兴奋家兔离体子宫平滑肌,尤以中期妊娠子宫为甚。

| Abstract: | Gansui is a medicinal herb of induce diarrhea with potent purgatives and eliminate the ratention of fluid with powerful purgatives.Through observation of changes on contract frequency, tension, and continued contract time of the specimens given Gansui, verifies that extract fluid from Gansui can prominently excite the rabbit uterine smooth deviated from body, specially the uterine in middle period of pregnancy. |
