| 摘 要： | 胎盘功能缺陷被认为是导致子痫前期发病的起始因素。胎盘蛋白13(PP13)是新发现的特异性高表达于胎盘的蛋白之一,对于维持妊娠起着重要作用。胎盘PP13表达的减少可能致胎盘浅植入并参与子痫前期及其他不良妊娠结局的发病。近来许多研究发现,子痫前期患者与正常妊娠妇女相比孕早期血清PP13显著降低,认为其可作为子痫前期的早期筛查标志物。

| Abstract: | Placental defect is considered as the initial factor pathogenesis of preeclampsia.PP13 is a newly proteins,which is highly expressed in placenta.It plays an important role in the maintenance of normal pregnancy.The decreased expression of PP13 in the placenta may lead to placenta shallow implantation and the development of preeclampsia and other adverse outcomes.Recently,studies have found that the rst-trimester maternal serum concentration of PP13 were significantly lower in the preeclampsia group compared to the normal group.They considered that PP13 can be served as an early screening marker. |
