| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中风康对局灶性脑缺血大鼠脑组织谷氨酸(Glu)和钙含量的影响.方法采用线栓法复制局灶性脑缺血大鼠模型,以步长脑心通为对照,于脑缺血3 h观察中风康对局灶性脑缺血大鼠脑组织Glu和钙含量的影响.结果与假手术组比较,模型组大鼠脑组织出现明显Glu和钙含量升高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,各治疗组脑组织Glu和钙含量均有不同程度的下降(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论 中风康可通过降低Glu和钙在脑组织的聚集,减轻钙超载和兴奋性细胞毒性,有效减轻缺血性损伤.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Zhongfengkang on content of glutamate and calcium in focal cerebral ischemia in rats.Methods The models of focal cerebral ischemia were made by inserting nylon thread. The content of glutamate and calcium in focal cerebral ischemia rats were observed in 3h after cerebral ischemia.Results Compared with sham operation group, the content of glutamate and calcium increased in model group(P<0.01).The content of glutamate and calcium decreased in the treatment groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion By reducing content of glutamate and calcium, Zhongfengkang could reduce excitotoxicity and overload of calcium,and reduce damage of cerebral ischemia effectively. |
