| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹腔镜手术治疗胆囊切除术后胆总管结石的方法及可行性。方法:回顾分析11例胆囊切除术后胆总管结石患者行腹腔镜手术的临床资料,总结其手术适应证及疗效。结果:11例患者均采用腹腔镜手术清除结石,随访1~21个月,平均13个月,无异常。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗胆囊切除术后胆总管结石安全、可行。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the operative methods and feasibility of laparoscopic management of choledocholithiasis after cholecystectomy.Methods:The clinical data of 11 patients with choledocholithiasis after cholecystectomy undergoing laparoscopic common bile duct exploration(LCBDE) was collected and retrospectively analyzed.The operative indication and therapeutic efficacy were summarized.Results:The calculus of 11 patients were completely removed by laparoscopy.The follow-up ranged from 1 to 21 months(mean 13 ... |
