肺切除手术方法的改进——附60例报告

本文介绍了将传统的肺切除术进行改革、简化而创新的一种比较简易的新术式。报告了应用新术式施行肺切除60例,并与传统术式进行了比较。其优点:对心肺功能影响小,体位符合要求,切口小,肺门处理简单,减少了出血、创伤,缩短了手术时间,减少了并发症,提高了手术安全性。

MODIFICATION OF PULMONARY LOBECTOMY(A REPORT OF 60 CASES)

Owing to the long incision,the complicated technique,the long operative time and much blood loss,the traditional pulmonary lobectomy may be harmful to the patients.On the basis of anatomical and physiological features,the authors recommend a new simple method.The technique of this new method is introduced in this paper.Sixty cases of pulmonary iobectomy performed with this method are reported and compared with the traditional operation.The advantages of this new method are:less disturbances to the cardiac and pulmo- nary function,more suitable operation position,shorter incision,easier mana- gement of pulmonary hilus.In addition there are less blood loss,shorter operative time,minimizing the complication,enlarging the operative indications,and the security of this operation was improved with a better curative result.
