Kissing式胰肠吻合术（附30例报告）

目的介绍一种安全、有效、简单、实用的预防胰十二指肠切除术后，胰肠吻合口漏和胰腺残端出血的手术方法。方法报告并分析2006年12月至2008年3月，开展的30例Kissing式胰肠吻合术预防胰漏和胰腺残端出血的临床经验和手术方法。结果全组30例病人1例发生胰漏，1例乳糜漏，均痊愈出院。结论Kissing式胰肠吻合术操作简单、安全，是值得进一步研究和推广的术式。

Clinical study on Kissing pancreaticojejunostomy(30 cases report)

Objective To study the safety and feasibility of a new operative procedure called Kissing pancreaticojejunostomy(KPJ) used to prevent anastomotic leakage and bleeding of panreastic remnant following pancreatoduodenectomy(PD).Methods From December 2006 to March 2008,a newly developed operative procedure,KPJ,was performed upon 30 cases undergoing PD.The technique of the KPJ were introduced in detail.The effect in proventing pancreatic leakage and bleeding of pancteatic remnant postoperation were analysed carefully. Results The operation of KPJ was performed smoothly on all 30 patients.After operation,pancreatic leakage occurred in 1 patient,and 1 case was diagnosed as Chyle leakage.All patients recovered very well.Conclusions The KPJ procedure is effective in avoiding anastomotic leakage and bleeding of pancreatic remnant following PD.
