高血沉情况下C反应蛋白与白细胞计数之间相关性分析

目的：观察高血沉（ESR）情况下与C反应蛋白（CRP）与白细胞（WBC）计数之间相关性，并探讨CRP、ESR与WBC计数在呼吸系统感染及肾脏疾病中的临床应用价值。方法：检测高血沉情况下，呼吸系统感染及肾脏疾病患者血清的CRP水平、WBC计数，并进行统计分析。结果：高血沉情况下，CRP水平与WBC计数之间呈正相关关系（R=0．266），呼吸系统感染患者血清CRP阳性率高于WBC计数阳性率，与肾脏疾病组相比有明显差别（P〈0．05）。结论：高血沉情况下CRP与WBC计数相关，CRP可作为提示呼吸系统感染的一个敏感指标。

Correlation between CRP Level and WBC in the Situation of High Level of ESR

Objective：To explore the correlation between c reactive protein （CRP） level and white cell count in the situation of high level of erythrocyte sedimentation rate. and ,to investigate the clinical value in diagnosis of respiratory infections and renal disease. Methods ：Blood routine ,ESR and the level of CRPin serum were detected ,which in 35 patients with respiratory infections, 19 patients with renal disease. Results：There was positive correlation between CRP level and WBC in the situation of high level of ESR（R=0. 266）, The positive rate of CRP in group of respiratory infections was higher than that of WBC, and were significantly higher than that of group of renal disease （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：In the situation of high level of ESR ,CRP level and WBC has positive correlation,and to detect CRP level is helpful to diagnosis of diseases respiratory infections.
