摘    要:目的分析高频超声(HFUS)检测膨体聚四氟乙烯(e-PTFE)材料包裹动脉瘤的声像图特点和血流变化情况,初步探讨超声技术在实验性动脉瘤包裹治疗术中的价值。方法应用HFUS检测e-PTFE包裹治疗犬颈部动脉瘤过程中不同时间于包裹动脉瘤腔、吻合口和载瘤动脉的内径、血流速度以及阻力指数并与未包裹侧动脉瘤模型相对照。结果HFUS可清晰地显示包裹动脉瘤大小、前后壁、夹层以及吻合口、瘤腔、载瘤动脉之血流动力学改变。e-PTFE片包裹治疗成功率为(7/8)87.50%,与数字减影血管造影(DSA)结果相互印证。结论e-PTFE对实验性梭形动脉瘤包裹治疗有较高的成功率,HFUS可作为影像学动态检测的最佳方法。

Abstract:Objective To assess the value of high frequency ultrasound(HFUS)in evaluation of e-PTFE wrapping for treatment of canine fusiform aneurysm.Methods Changes of the inner diameters,hemoynamics,resistance index(RI)in restenosis in aneurysm cavity,inosculate-jaws and carry-nubble artery of wrapping aneurysms at different times were observed with HFUS and compared with fusiform aneurysm model.Results The successful rate of e-PTFE wrapping was(7/8)87.50%.HFUS could clearly demonstrate the size,morphology,wall,interlining and the intraneurysmal flow characteristics of inosculate-jaws,aneurysm cavity and carry-nubble artery of wrapping aneurysms.Conclusion As the wrapping material,e-PTFE is superior for canine fusiform aneurysm.HFUS can be used as the best method in evaluating the aneurysm after wrapping surgical procedures.
