| 摘 要： | 目的：观察A型肉毒毒素治疗特发性眼睑痉挛的疗效。方法：对60例特发性眼睑痉挛进行局部多点注射A型肉毒毒素，评价其疗效。结果：60例眼睑痉挛，完全缓解27例(45％)，明显缓解29例(48．33％)。起效时间平均1～3天，缓解时间平均4．19月。无全身反应及过敏反应，局部反应轻微，短暂可逆。结论：A型肉毒毒素局部注射足治疗特发性眼睑痉挛的．种安全、有效、简便、易行的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the efficacy of botulinum A toxin injections for the treatments of blepharospasm. Methods:60 patients with blepharospasm were evaluated on therapeutic efficacy of botulinum A toxin injections. Results: Of 60 patients with hemifacial spasm, 27 (45%) patients were completely relieved, 29 (48.33%) were remarkably relieved. Clinical observations showed marked improvement in symptoms from the third day after the injection and rapid relief lasted about 4.19 months. 1 patient was completely relieved for 8 months. The local side effects were transient and mild, no systemic adverse and allergic reactions were noted. Conclusions:Botulinum A toxin local injection is a safe, effective, simple and easy means for the treatment of blepharospasm. |
