| 摘 要： | 本文用姊妹染色单体互换分析法研究了献血员多次献血的时间、献血次数及献血总量对其姊妹染色单体互换(SCE)频率的影响。结果表明多次献血的献血员SCE值显著高于非献血员健康成人。通过分析,认为献血员SCE值上升与多次献血的时间、献血次数和献血总量有关。同时,本文对献血员SCE值上升的实际意义也进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | The average SCEs in peripheral lymphocytes from donors were increased with a statistically significant difference from the control values(p<0.01). The results of correlation and reggression analysis showed that the increased SCE values of donor were in close relationship with the donated durations, quantities and number of times.It is suggested that the donors with long-term donation must be controlled with corresponding measures such as intermittent donation, and they can not emloyed as the normal control in experimental studies, especially in studies on SCE analysis. |
