| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刺治疗功能性阳痿的疗效。方法采用针刺疗法治疗功能性阳痿82例,辨证分为肾阳虚衰与湿热下注两个证型辨证治疗。结果总有效率达87.6%。肾阳虚衰型痊愈率为45.0%,湿热下注型痊愈率为59.1%。结论研究表明年龄越大,疗效越差;病程越短,疗效越好;湿热下注型痊愈率较肾阳虚衰型为高。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on functional impotence.Methods Eighty-two patients with functional impotence were treated with acupuncture.It was classified into two syndrome types according to syndrome differentiation,deficiency of kidney yang and downward flow of damp heat,and treated according to the syndrome type.Results The total efficacy rate was 87.6%.The cure rate was 45.0%for the kidney yang deficiency type and 59.1%for the damp-heat downward flow type.Conclusion The... |
