| 摘 要： | 目的提高对冠状静脉窦闭锁（CSOA）的认知,探讨多排螺旋CT（MDCT）对CSOA的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2006年1月至2011年10月于我院经MDCT检查诊断为CSOA的10名患者,年龄2月～74岁,平均年龄41.8±7.3岁,男女比例为6：4。结果经MDCT检查诊断为CSOA的10名患者中,6例冠状静脉异常回流至左心房,1例通过异常血管回流至右心房,3例异常回流至右心房及左心房。结论提高对CSOA的认知在心血管疾病的诊治中非常重要,而MDCT在CSOA的诊断中具有着重要的价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of multidetector CT(MDCT) in the diagnosis of coronary sinus ostial atresia(CSOA) and emphasize the importance of recognition of this anomaly.Methods Ten patients with CSOA(6 male;mean age,41.8±7.3 years) between January 2006 and October 2011 underwent MDCT were retrospectively analyzed.Results Ten patients were diagnosed CSOA with MDCT,in which the coronary venous flow entered abnormally the left atrium(6/10),the right atrium(1/10),the left and right atrium(3/10),respectively.Conclusion The recognition of CSOA is so important in the diagnosis and treatment of this anomaly,and MDCT is a valuable method to diagnose CSOA. |
