81例腹外疝无张力修补术的疗效观察

目的: 观察腹外疝无张力疝修补术的临床疗效。方法: 回顾性分析81例腹外疝无张力修补术的临床资料,比较腹股沟疝侧平片无张力疝修补术与侧疝环充填式无张力疝修补术的应用情况。结果: 81 例腹外疝行无张力疝修补术后随访6个月~4年10个月均无复发。51例/侧平片无张力疝修补术与25例/侧疝环充填式无张力疝修补术并发症、住院天数差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);材料费及住院费用差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论: 腹外疝无张力疝修补术疗效可靠,术后疼痛轻,恢复快,复发率低;平片无张力疝修补术较疝环充填式无张力疝修补术费用低、操作简单。

The observation of clinical effects in tension-free hernioplasty for hernias of abdominal wall in 81 cases

Objective: To summarize the clinical effect on tention-free hernioplasty for hernias of abdominal wall. Methods: A retrospect analysis on 81 cases of tention-free hernioplasty was done and Litchtenstein operation was compared with Rutkow operation in the applied situation. Results: All the 81 cases of our study don't recrudesce from in half a year to 4 years 10 months. There were no statistic difference in complications and days in hospital between Lichtenstein operation (51 casessides) and Rutkow operation (25 casessides), but there were statistic differences in expenditures in hospital and material fees. Conclusion: The methods of tention-free hernioplasty is reliable, with less pain, quicker recovery and lower recurrent rate; Litchtenstein operation is lower in expenditure and simpler than Rutkow one.
