米非司酮治疗更年期功能性子宫出血临床疗效观察

目的讨论米非司酮治疗更年期功血的疗效。方法应用米非司酮10mg，1次／d，连续6个月，治疗更年期功血患者58人，观察治疗效果、内分泌变化，子宫内膜病理变化。结果服药期间所有患者均闭经；停药后46例患者直接进入绝经期，贫血得到纠正。放射免疫测定FSH、LH、P均下降，E2相当于卵泡早期水平；部分患者子宫内膜萎缩。结论米非司酮诱导更年期功血闭经效果佳，副作用小，患者容易接受，值得临床进一步观察研究。

Clinical Observation of Mifepristo in the Treatment of Climacteric Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Mifepriston in treatment of climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods Mifepristo was used in 58 patients for 6 months, 10 mg daily, Then to recorded and observed the therapeutic efficacy,hormonal levels and pathological changes of endometria, Results The uterine bleeding was suppressed in all patients during the period of administration of mifepristo. 46 patients went into permanent menopause after the administration, and their hemoglobin levels increased. The radioimmunoassay showed that the levels of FSH, LH, and P were lower. The levels of E2 approached to that in the early stage of ovulation. The endometrial atrophy occurred in some patients. Conclusions Mifepriston could effectively induce menostasia in the patients with climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding, with satisfactory compliance from patients, without serious adverse effect. It is worth doing further research.
