聚甲酚磺醛治疗宫颈炎100例

目的：评估聚甲酚磺醛对不同程度宫颈炎疗效。方法：宫颈炎轻、中、重度病人１００例，年龄３５ａ±ｓ７ａ。于月经干净后５ｄ，用３６％聚甲酚磺醛浓缩液１∶５稀释后，冲洗阴道、宫颈，再用浸有该药液纱布湿敷宫颈糜烂面，留置２０～３０ｍｉｎ，ｑｄ，２～３ｄ后阴道深部放入该药栓剂，ｑｏｄ，６次为一个疗程×２。结果：轻、中、重度宫颈炎的有效率分别为１００％（４０／４０），９６％（４４／４６）和７９％（１１／１４）。重度与轻、中度相比，Ｐ＜０．０１和Ｐ＜０．０５。结论：聚甲酚磺醛是治疗宫颈糜烂的有效药物，轻、中度疗效尤佳。

Policresulen in treating cervicitis in 100 patients

AIM: To observe the effect of policresulen on cervicitis. METHODS: One hundred patients (age 35 a±s 7 a) with cervicitis were treated from the d 5 after menstruation, the vagina and cervix were washed with 36% policresulen concentrated solution was diluted 1∶5 , then cervical erosive surfaces covered with the gauze soaked with the agent for 20_30 min, qd for 2_3 d. Finally the policresulen suppository was placed at the posterior vaginal fornix qod×6 times of one course, curative effect was determined a month after 2 courses of treatment. RESULTS: The effective rates of mild, moderate, and severe degree cervicitis were 100%, 96%, and 79%, respectively. The effective rate in severe degree cervicitis was different from those in mild degree (PWTBZ]<0.01) and moderate degree (P<0.05) cervicitis . The effective rates of single, granulous, and papilliform cervicitis were 100%, 100%, and 28% respectively. The effective rate for papilliform cervicitis was different (P<0.01) from those in single and granulous cervicitis. CONCLUSION: Policresulen is an effective drug in the treatment of cervicitis.
