| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨Ａ型肉毒毒素局部注射治疗面肌痉挛、各型头颈肌张力障碍的临床疗效和安全性。方法：采用Ａ型肉毒毒素局部多点注射痉挛肌肉，治疗前后对照。结果：治疗面肌痉挛２５０例（１０２８轮次），有效率１００％，作用持续１６ｗｋ±ｓ４ｗｋ；睑痉挛７８例（２６０轮次），有效率９３．９％，作用持续１５ｗｋ±４ｗｋ；口颌肌痉挛５３例（１８１轮次），有效率８５．１％，作用持续１４ｗｋ±４ｗｋ；痉挛性斜颈２８例（７９轮次），有效率８１％，作用持续１４ｗｋ±４ｗｋ。副作用轻微、可逆。结论：该疗法安全、有效，可作为面肌痉挛及各型头颈部肌张力障碍的首选治疗。

| Abstract: | AIM: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of botulinum toxin type A (BTA) in treating hemifacial spasm and cranial_cervical dystonia. METHODS: Injection sites and dosage of BTA were depending on the involved muscles. The efficacy and side effects were compared between the results before and after injection. RESULTS: The 250 patients with hemifacial spasm received a total 1028 injection sessions. Seventy_eight patients with blephrospasm received 260 sessions. Fifty_three patients with oramandibular spasm received 181 sessions. Twenty_eight patients with spasmodic torticollis received 79 sessions. The effective rates and average relief duration were 100% and 16 wk±s 4 wk, 93.9% and 15 wk±4 wk, 85.1% and 14 wk±4 wk, 81% and 14 wk±4 wk, respectively. Side effects were mild and reversible. CONCLUSION: Local injection of BTA is a simple, effective and safe therapy for hemifacial spasm and cranial_cervical dystonia. |
