阿尔维林-二甲硅油与硝苯地平治疗肠易激综合征的比较

目的：比较阿尔维林＿二甲硅油与硝苯地平治疗肠易激综合征的疗效。方法：将６０例肠易激综合征病人随机分为２组。治疗组３０例（男性１２例，女性１８例，年龄４５ａ±ｓ１０ａ），应用阿尔维林＿二甲硅油胶囊１粒（含阿尔维林６０ｍｇ，二甲硅油３００ｍｇ），餐前，ｐｏ，ｔｉｄ；对照组３０例（男性１４例，女性１６例，年龄４３ａ±１１ａ），应用硝苯地平１０ｍｇ，餐前０．５ｈ舌下含服，ｔｉｄ。疗程均为４ｗｋ。结果：治疗组总有效率为８６％，对照组５３％（Ｐ＜０．０１）。阿尔维林＿二甲硅油胶囊对缓解腹痛、腹胀、粘液便优于硝苯地平，对腹泻疗效与硝苯地平相似，对便秘疗效不佳。结论：阿尔维林＿二甲硅油胶囊是治疗肠易激综合征的有效药物。

Alverine/dimeticone vs nifedipine in treating irritable bowel syndrome

AIM: To compare the efficacies of alverine/dimeticone and nifedipine in treating irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). METHODS: Sixty patients with IBS were randomly divided into 2 groups; 30 patients (M 12, F 18; age 45 a±s 10 a) in treatment group received alverine/dimeticone 1 cap, ac, po, tid for 4 wk, and the other 30 patients (M 14, F 16; age 43 a±11 a) as control group received nifedipine sublingually 10 mg, ac, tid for 4 wk. RESULTS: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86%, and of the control group was 53% (P<0.01) alverine/dimeticone was superior to nifedipine in releiving abdominal pain, abdominal distention and mucous stool, similar to nifedipine in relieving diarrhea, and no obvious efficacy for constipation. CONCLUSION: Alverine/dimeticone is an effective drug for treatment of IBS.
