| 摘 要： | 目的：比较蚓激酶胶囊与丹参片对冠心病心绞痛病人的疗效。方法：蚓激酶组４０例（男性２６例，女性１４例，年龄５６ａ±ｓ８ａ）用蚓激酶胶囊４００ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｔｉｄ，ａｃ；丹参组３０例（男性１８例，女性１２例，年龄５８ａ±１０ａ）用丹参片３片，ｐｏ，ｔｉｄ；２组疗程均为８ｗｋ。结果：蚓激酶组对症状改善的总有效率９８％，心电图ＳＴ＿Ｔ波改善总有效率７０％，丹参组依次为５０％及３７％，组间经Ｒｉｄｉｔ分析，差别有非常显著意义（Ｐ＜０．０１），蚓激酶组并能有效地降低血粘度。结论：蚓激酶胶囊是一种安全有效治疗冠心病心绞痛药物，较丹参片疗效好

| Abstract: | AIM: To observe the efficacy of lumbrokinase capsule in the treatment of coronary disease with angina pectoris. METHODS: Lumbrokinase group of 40 patients (M 26, F 12, age 56 a±s 8 a) were treated with lumbrokinase capsule 400 mg, po, tid for 8 wk. Salvia miltiorrhiza group of 30 patients (M 18, F 12, age 58 a±10 a) were treated with WTBX]Salvia miltiorrhiza tablet (2 g/tablet) 3 tablet, po, tid for 8 wk. RESULTS: The clinical and ECG total effective rates were 98% and 70%, respectively on lumbrokinase group and were 50% and 37% respectively (P<0.01) on Salvia miltiorrhiza group. Lumbrokinase reduced blook viscosity also. CONCLUSION: Lumbrokinase is a safe and effective drug for treatment of angina pectoris. |
