硫酸镁对冠心病左室舒张功能的影响

目的：研究静脉注射（静注）硫酸镁对冠心病左室舒张功能的影响。方法：冠心病病人６４例，治疗组３４例（男性１９例，年龄６４ａ±ｓ１０ａ，女性１５例，年龄６６ａ±１０ａ），于５ｍｉｎ内缓慢静注经稀释的硫酸镁２ｇ；对照组３０例（男性２０例，年龄６６ａ±１０ａ，女性１０例，年龄６５ａ±９ａ），于５ｍｉｎ内静注０．９％氯化钠注射液２０ｍＬ。结果：静注硫酸镁后舒张早期最大流速（Ｅ波峰值），Ｅ／Ａ峰值比值，舒张早期血流速度时间积分（Ｅ波积分），Ｅ／Ａ积分比值，舒张早期快速充盈减速斜率（Ｅ波减速斜率），Ａ＿Ａｒ间期等参数较用药前均显著增大，Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１；而对照组无显著变化。结论：静注硫酸镁能改善冠心病左室舒张早期和舒张晚期的功能。

Effect of magnesium sulfate on left ventricular diastolic function in patients with coronary disease

AIM: To observe the effect of left ventricular (LV) diastolic function by intravenous magnesium sulfate in patients with coronary disease. METHODS: Thirty_four patients (M 19, age 64 a s 10 a; F 15, age 66 a s 10 a) received magnesium sulfate 2 g in 5% glucose 20 mL, iv, for 5 min; Another 30 patients (M 20, age 66 a10 a; F 10, age 65 a9 a) received 0.9% sodium chloride 20 mL, iv, for 5 min. Indices of LV diastolic function of premedication and postmedication were measured with Doppler echocardiography determination. RESULTS: E_wave velocity, E/A velocity ratio, E_wave integral ratio, E_wave deceleration slope, and A_Ar interval were increased in magnesium sulfate group ( P <0.01), while no change in 0.9% sodium chloride group ( P >0.05). CONCLUSION: Magnesium sulfate has a beneficial effect on LV diastolic function in patients with coronary disease.
