氧氟沙星滴眼剂临床疗效评价

目的：评价氧氟沙星滴眼剂的临床疗效及其安全性。方法：眼疾病病人验证组１２１例（男性６３例，１００只眼，女性５８例，８８只眼，年龄３０ａ±ｓ２１ａ），用伊犁哈萨克自治州友谊医院研制的０．３％氧氟沙星滴眼剂。对照组３９例（男性１５例，２２只眼，女性２４例，３５只眼，年龄３５ａ±１０ａ），用日本参天制药株式会社生产的０．３％氧氟沙星滴眼剂。每次均１滴（约０．２ｍＬ），ｔｉｄ。治疗开始后ｄ４，ｄ７及ｄ１４复诊。结果：验证组细菌性眼疾病总显效率为７１．３％，对照组为３２％（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：伊犁哈萨克自治州友谊医院研制的氧氟沙星滴眼剂对细菌性眼疾有明显治疗作用。

Clinical evaluation of of loxacin eye drops

AIM: To evaluate the efficacies and safety of ofloxacin eye_drops in treating eye infections. METHODS: One hundred and twenty one patients with eye infections (M 63, 100 eyes, F 58, 88 eyes; age 30 a±s 21 a) were treated with ofloxacin eye_drops created by Ili Friendship Hospital, and 39 patients with eye infections (M 15, 22 eyes, F 24, 35 eyes, age 35 a±10 a) were treated ofloxacin eye_drops produced by Tarivid of Japan served as control. Each patient was given 1 drop (about 0.2 mL), tid, and reexamined on d 4, d 7 and d 14 after the beginning of treatment. RESULTS: The marked effective rates of the treatment and control groups were 71.3% and 32%(P<0.01), respectively. CONCLUSION: The ofloxacin eye_drops created by Ili Friendship Hospital has prominant effect in treatment of bacillary eye infections.
