利福平(0.1%)液治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎

目的：观察０ ．１ ％ 利福平液治疗化脓性中耳炎的效果。方法：１５０ 例慢性单纯性化脓性中耳炎病人（ 男性１１８ 例，女性３２ 例，年龄２４ ａ ±ｓ ８ ａ） 。随机分为 Ａ， Ｂ， Ｃ ３ 组，每组５０ 例。分别用０ ．０５ ％利福平、０ ．１ ％ 利福平和０ ．２５ ％ 氯霉素眼药水进行滴耳治疗。每日滴药２ 次，每次３ ～５ 滴，５ ｄ 为一个疗程，共１ ～３ 个疗程。结果：０ ．１ ％ 利福平组总有效率为９６ ％ ；０ ．０５ ％ 利福平组为６０ ％ ；０ ．２５ ％ 氯霉素组为５４ ％ 。０ ．１ ％ 利福平组与另外２ 组比较差异有非常显著意义（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） 。结论：０ ．１ ％ 利福平液用于治疗慢性单纯性化脓性中耳炎具有疗效好、安全、方便、经济等特点。

Rifampicin (0.1%) solution in treatment of chronic suppurative otitis media

AIM: To compare the effects of chloramphenicol and rifampicin as ear drops in treating chronic suppurative otitis media. METHODS: One hundred and fifty patients with chronic suppurative otitis media (M 118, F 32; age 24 a±s 8 a) were at random divided into 3 groups, treated with 0.05% rifampicin, 0.1% rifampicin, and 0.25% chloramphenical respectively, instilled 3_5 drops into the ear bid for 5 _ 15 d . RESULTS : The effective rate of 0.1% rifampicin was 96% and the other 2 groups were 60% and 54% respectively. The effective rate of the 0.1% rifampicin is much higher than those of the other two groups(P<0.01). CONCLUSION: The 0.1% rifampicin is effective, safe, and inexpensive in treating chronic suppurative otitis media.
