心血通治疗高血压性头痛疗效优于脉络宁

摘    要:目的:比较心血通与脉络宁治疗高血压性头痛的疗效。方法:131 例住院高血压性头痛病人,随机分为2 组,心血通组68 例( 男性37 例,女性31例;年龄63 .4 a ±s 1 .9 a) ,经常规降压药物治疗头痛不减轻而加用心血通10 m L/d ,静脉滴注( 静滴)×14 d ; 脉络宁组63 例( 男性33 例,女性30 例;年龄61 .5 a ±2 .1 a) 用脉络宁20 m L/d ,静滴×14 d 。结果:心血通组临床总有效率为87 % ,优于脉 络宁组的52 % ( P < 0 .05) ;治疗后心血通与脉络宁组 Qm ean 左右和 Vm ean 左右均显著增加( P< 0 .01) , Rv左右均显著下降( P< 0 .01) ,但组间比较心血通组效果更明显( P< 0 .01) ;2 组均无不良反应。结论:心血通治疗高血压性头痛效果较脉络宁好,且安全。

Abstract:AIM: To compare the efficacies of Xinxuetong and Mailuoning in treatment of hypertensive headache. METHODS: Sixty_eight patients(M 37, F 31 ; age 63.4 a±s 1.9 a) with hypertensive headache were given Xinxuetong 10 mL and the other similar 63 patients (M 33, F 30; age 61.5 a±2.1 a) were given Mailuoning 20 mL iv drip qd for 14 d in addition to conventional therapy. RESULTS: The total symptomatic effective rates were 87% in the former group and 52 % in the latter group (P<0.05). On the left and right the increases in Q mean and V mean and the decreases in R v (P<0.01) were found in both the groups after treatment, but in the former group above targets changes are more remarkable than those in the latter group (P<0.01). CONCLUSION: Xinxuetong is a better effective and safe drug than Mailuoning in the treatment of hypertensive headache.
