急性心肌梗死早期血浆内皮素、血清丙二醛浓度与梗死面积的联系

摘    要:通过结扎家兔左冠状动脉前降支(LAD)制成急性心肌梗死(AMI)动物模型,检测AMI早期血浆内皮素(ET)和血清丙二醛(MDA)浓度的动态变化,并测定心肌梗死面积,探讨AMI早期三者之间的相互关系。结果发现,家兔AMI即刻及AMI后1、3、5、6小时与结扎LAD前相比,血浆ET及血清MDA均升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。ET峰值与MDA峰值呈正相关(r=0.7925,P<0.01),与心肌梗死面积呈正相关(r=0.9097,P<0.01),MDA峰值与心肌梗死面积呈正相关(r=0.7915,P<0.01)。提示AMI早期ET和脂质过氧化反应是加重心肌损害、使心肌梗死面积扩展的重要因素。

Abstract:Aim To evaluate the relationship among plasma endothelin (ET), serum malonyldialdehyde (MDA) and the area of myocardial infarction during early acute myocardial infarction (AMI).Methods: The animal model of AMIwas established in rabbits. The left anterior descending branches (LAD) of rabbit coronary arterys were ligated and plasma ET, serum MDA and the area of myocardial infarction were measured. Result At 0, 1, 3, 5, 6 hours after AMI,the levels of plasma ET and serum MDA were higher than those of preligation. There were significant differences (P <0. 05 or P <0. 01). The peak value of ET had positive correlation with that of MDA and the area of myocardial infarction (P <0. 01). The peak value of MDA had positive correlation with the area of myocardial infarction (P <0. 01). Conclusion During the early period of AMI, ET and lipid super-oxigenative reaction are important factors in aggravating the myocardial damage and increasing the area of myocardial infarction.
