不同生长年限的亳白芍质量研究

目的研究不同生长年限亳白芍中芍药苷的含量，为科学评价及有效控制其质量提供可靠方法。方法利用薄层色谱封亳白芍药材进行了专属性的鉴别；采用HPLC法封亳白芍申芍药苷的含量进行比较研究。结果不同生长期亳白芍中芍药苷的含量不同，以2年生者含量最高。结论随着生长年限的延长，亳白芍中芍药苷的含量呈下降趋势。

Study on qualities of different growing time of Radix Paeoniae Alba

Objective To study content of paeoniflofin in different growing time of Radix Paeoniae Alba for controlling the quality of Radix Paeoniae Alba. Methods TLC method was used to identify the properties of Radix Paeoniae Alba, and HPLC methods was used to compare the qualities of Radix Raeoniae A1ba of different growing time. Results There was different content of paeoniflorin in Radix Paeoniae Alba of different growing time, the highest content of paeoniflorin in Radix Paeoniae Alba of two-year-growing time. Conclusion The longer is growing time, the lower is content of paeoniflorin in Radix Paeoniae Alba.
