| 摘 要： | 目的 提高脑脓肿的显微外科治疗水平。方法 回顾性分析20例脑脓肿的l临床表现、诊断和显微外科治疗及其结果。结果 所有病例均在手术显微镜下进行,脓肿均行全切,病人恢复良好。结论应用显微外科技术能够显著提高脑脓肿的全切率和降低手术并发症发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the microsurgical techniques for brain abscess. Methods A series of 20 consecutive patients treated microsurgically were reviewed retrospectively. Results All the patients underwent craniotomy under operating microscope.Complete removal was performed in all the patients, and showed good visual improvement after operation. Conclusions Using operating microscope for microsurgery could increase the total removal rate, while decrease the postoperative complications. |
