口腔医院医护人员对病人健康状况评估现状的调查与分析

目的了解口腔医院医护人员对病人健康状况的评估现状。方法选择我国5所三级甲等口腔医院的582名口腔医院医护人员进行问卷调查。结果48．63％的口腔医院医护人员在病人每次就诊前认真询问病人的病史；38．99％的医生每次记录病人病史；只有23．51％的医生每次询问病人的传染病病史并记录。结论口腔医院医护人员对病人健康状况的评估现状不容乐观，应加强口腔医院医护人员对就诊病人健康状况的评估教育，提高他们的防护意识，降低医院交叉感染发生率。

Investigation and analysis on the status of patients' general health assessment by medical staff in stomatology hospitals

Objective To investigate the status of patients'general health assessment by medical staff in stomatology hospitals.Method A questionnaire investigation was conducted on 582 medical staff in five Grade A Class Three stomatology hospitals.Results 48.63% of the medical staff carefully inquired the patients' medical history every time;38.99% of the doctors recorded the patients' medical history every time;23.51% of the doctors inquired and recorded the patients' medical history of infectious disease every time.Conclusion The status of patients'general health assessment by medical staff is not optimistic in the stomatology hospitals.It is suggested to strengthen the education of patients' general health assessment for medical staff in the stomatology hospitals,and thereby to enhance their consciousness of self-protection and reduce hospital cross-infection.
