高血压性脑出血微创血肿清除术后死亡因素分析及护理

目的:探讨高血压性脑出血微创血肿清除术后死亡相关因素及护理对策。方法:对151例高血压性脑出血患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结微创清除术后死亡的相关因素,并提出护理对策。结果:本组术后1个月内死亡14例,其中再出血死亡2例,中枢性呼吸衰竭死亡5例,消化道出血及肺炎死亡5例,急性心梗死亡2例。结论:微创血肿清除术是治疗高血压性脑出血的有效方法,加强死亡相关因素的护理是提高手术成功率的关键。

Analysis of death cause after microinvasive evacuation of intracranial hematoma caused by hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and nursing care.

Objective: To explore the related factors to cause death after microinvasive evacuation of intracranial hematoma caused by hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and nursing strategy.Methods: The retrospective study was made on clinical records of 151 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage to sum up the death cause after microinvasive evacuation of intracranial hematoma and put forward nursing strategy.Results: 14 patients died after evacuation,2 patients of them died of recurrence of cerebral hemorrhage,5 patients died of central respiratory failure,5 patients died of hemorrhage of digestive tract,2 patients died of acute myocardial infarction.Conclusion: Microinvasive evacuation of intracranial hematoma is one of effective methods to treat hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and strengthened nursing care by analysis of death cause can increase the rate of success of the operation.
