| 摘 要： | 目的：评价老年冠心病患者冠状动脉内支架植入术（CS0的临床疗效。方法：选择1996年1月-2000年12月在我院行CS的患者为研究对象。将105例老年（共156支冠脉血管）和90例非老年（共120支冠脉血管）冠心病患者接受CS的结果作对比分析。结果：老年患者的冠脉特点和发病血管支数与非老年患者差异无显著性；两组在CS成功率，并发症和远期生存率等方面进行比较，差异均无显著性。结论：对于老年冠心病患者。冠状动脉内支架置入术是治疗老年人冠心病安全、有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the outcome of coronary stenting (CS) in senile patiens with coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods:The results of CS in 105 senile patients (156 vessels) who received the procedure from 1996 to 2000 were analysed and compared with those in 90 non-senile patients (120 vessels).Results:There was no much angiographic difference between the senile and non-senile group.The success rate and complication did not differ significantly from those in non-senile group.Conclusions:It is effective and safe for senile patients to receive CS procedure. |
