| 摘 要： | 目的：研究D3S1358基因座两种引物在同一模板不同降解时间扩增效果，对其在法医学上的应用进行可行性探讨。方法：从商品化STR试剂盒中筛选出D3S1358，提取32例无关男性血液样本进行降解、扩增、琼脂糖电泳等。结果：通过琼脂糖电泳结果分析，D3S1358降解后由miniSTR扩增效果明显优于常规STR扩增效果。结论：miniSTR在处理腐败降解检材的分型检出率较常规STR有一定的优势。
