目的 探索专科护士培训规律,完善专科护士培训基地建设.方法 总结两个首届专科护士培训班教学过程,论证改进措施,对专科护士培训中面临的问题进行思考和分析,实践中酌情调整培训预案.结果 两批专科护士培训获得了教与学的双赢.结论 手术室专科护士培养平稳起步,专科护士培训基地规范化建设是当前的重要课题.

Practice and thinking on construction for training center of the specialized nurses

Objective To explore the rules for specialized nurse training and to improve the construction for training center of the specialized nurses. Methods Two courses for specialized nurse training were analyzed in order to find out the problems of the training program, in addition, according to these problems, an adjustment program was produced. Results Specialized nurse training is an advanced course both for the trainers and the trainees. Conclusions The specialized nurse training is promising, as an important trend for nurse training, which needs a standard training program.
