| Abstract: | in order to optimize labor resource collocation of nursing staffs,to promote comprehensive competition ability of hospital,a self-assessing survey have performed on nursing staffs in a hospital in Dongguan city. Based on existed problems,corresponding excitation countermeasures have made out to strengthen the construction of nursing stuffs. |
