| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨养精种玉汤对TA97、TA98、TA100、TA102菌株基因回变菌落的影响,对其遗传安全性进行研究。方法:采用直接平皿掺入技术,设养精种玉汤不同剂量对TA97、TA98、TA100、TA102系列菌株进行体外染毒,观察其回复突变菌落增长状况。结果:在0.8~200.0mg/皿的不同测试浓度,+S9与-S9两种测试系统条件下,其作用的4种测试菌株的回变菌落数与溶剂对照相比均无明显增加,回变菌落背景正常,未显示其有抑菌作用,且无剂量-反应关系。结论:养精种玉汤药液在本试验所确定的200.0mg/皿剂量范围内,初步认为对TA系列测试菌株无明显致DNA碱基置换及移码突变性。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the effect of TA bacterial reverse mutation for Yang .ling Zhong Yu Decoction, It is able to open out its genetic toxicity. Methods：To adopt mixing into utensil means, we probe into vitro TA bacterial reverse mutation for Yang Jing Zhong Yu Decoction in differ doses, and observe the DNA variety of TA bacteria. Results ： under mixing into S9 or non- mixing into S9 ,We adopt Yang Jing Zhong Yu Decoction in differ doses ,it is＇t affected to TA bacterial reverse mutation for Yang Jing Zhong Yu Decoction. Conclusion：the experiment effects indicate that it has not genetic toxicity on Yang Jing Zhong Yu Decoction in the range of 200mg/a utensil. |
