股癣患者致病菌与足趾间分离皮肤癣菌的同源性分析

目的:探讨股癣患者足趾间分离的皮肤癣菌与股癣致病菌之间的关系。方法:对26例股癣患者进行趾间取材真菌镜检及培养。趾间与股部培养菌株如经鉴定相同,则进一步采用巢式PCR扩增真菌rDNA非转录间隔区(NTS)中Trs-1片段,检测基因多态性。结果:26例股癣患者中,19例足部培养阳性。其中,4例与股部分离菌株不同;15例与股部分离菌株相同,均为红色毛癣菌。进一步对15例两部位分离的共30株红色毛癣菌进行基因多态性检测,发现5例两部位菌株型别不一致。股部与趾间分离菌株不一致者共9例,占34.6%(9/26)。结论:不同部位皮肤癣菌感染可能为不同菌种或不同型别菌株的混合感染。本实验的发现有助于进一步了解皮肤癣菌感染的流行病学特征。

Isolation of dermatophytes from toe webs in patients with tinea cruris

Objective: To investigate the relationship of dermatophytes isolated from the patients of tinea cruris and the toe webs.Methods: Skin scrapings were collected from the lesions of tinea cruris and the toe webs in 26 patients with tinea cruris.The specimens were examined under microscope and cultured.The species were further identified with a polymerase-chain-reaction-based typing method to analyze the variations in numbers of repetitive elements in the non-transcribed spacer region of the ribosomal DNA gene repeats,when the isolates from the two sites were the same.Results: Nineteen out of 26 patients had the same fungal strain and 9 patients had different strains isolated from the two sites according to the morphological identification and genotype analysis.(Conclusion): The results suggest that in some cases the infections are due to different strains of fungi.This has important implications for epidemiological study and possibility for therapy.
