| 摘 要： | 目的：建立仙蓉补肾酒中淫羊藿苷的含量测定方法。方法：采用Tigerkin ODS 5μm 4.6×250mm（P/N：21-ODS-4625）色谱柱;乙腈-水（30∶70）为流动相,流速：1.0ml＊min^-1;检测波长：270nm;柱温：37℃,进样量10μl.结果：淫羊藿苷在0.20～1.50μg＊min^-1范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,平均回收率为98.23%,RSD=0.93%（n=6）。结论：方法简便、专属、准确,可作为仙蓉补肾酒中淫羊藿苷的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective： Build method for the determination of Xianrongbushen Jiu icariin. Methods： Tigerkin ODS 5μm 4. 6 ×250mm （P/N： 21-ODS-4625） column; acetonitrile - water （30：70） as mobile phase, flow rate： 1.0ml ＊ min-l detection wavelength： set at 270 nm; column temperature： 37℃, injection volume of 10μl. Results： Ieariin0. 20×1. 501×g ＊ min^-1within a good linear relationship, r = 0. 9998, average recovery was 98. 23% with RSD of 0. 93%. （n = 6） . Conclusion： The method is simple, specific, accurate, can be used as the Xian Rong kidney wine icariin content determination. |
