摘    要:建立RP-HPLC法测定苏格木勒-3汤中胡椒碱含量的方法。胡椒碱在0.04~0.89μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.56%,RSD值1.81%,本方法简便、快速、准确,可作为本品的含量测定方法。

Determination of Piperine in Sug Mel - 3 Soup by RP - HPLC

Abstract:A RP - HPLC method was developed for determination of Piperine in Sug Mel - 3 Soup. The linear range was within 0. 04 -0. 89μg with correlation coefficient of 0. 9999. The average recovery rate was 100. 6% with RSD = 1.8%. The method is simple, rapid and accurate, it could be used as determination method for the product.
