51例睾丸扭转的超声诊断分析

目的总结早期诊断睾丸扭转的经验。方法对51例手术病例的不同检查时间的声像图和血流予以分期，并对比总结。结果早期易漏诊误诊，一旦确诊手术复位成功率高，中晚期睾丸切除率高。结论警惕睾丸扭转，双侧、反复对比，必要时造影对比可明显提高诊断符合率，减少睾丸坏死切除率。

Analysis of ultrasound diagnosis on 51 patients with testicle torsion

Objective To Conclude the empiricism in the early diagnosis of testicular torsion. Methods 51 patients with testicular torsion were detected before operation. Two dimensional imaging and color doppler im- aging were divided in different stages. Results Missed diagnosis and faulse diagnosis often occurred in early stage. The succession rate of reposistion by operation is high, as soon as the diagnosis is comfirmed. The excision rate of testicle is high at middle and late stage. Conclusion Testiclar torsion should be payed attention to. Contrast bilateral testicle repeatedly when it is detected, contrast-enhanced ultrasound can improve the diagnosis accordance rate and reduce the excision rate of necrotic testicle.
