潍坊市中学生饮食行为问题及相关影响因素分析

目的调查潍坊市区中学生饮食行为的状况及相应影响因素,为预防异常饮食行为及制定营养干预措施提供依据。方法抽样选取潍坊市8所高中、初中、职高学生1261名,采用饮食行为问卷进行横断面调查。结果不良饮食行为在中学生中普遍存在,71.4%的被试比较关注自己的身材和体重,40.7%的被试有偏食现象。中学生的饮食行为与其年级、家庭类型及父母的文化程度、经济状况密切相关。结论潍坊市中学生存在一定比例的饮食行为不良问题。应加强中学生营养指导、干预工作,预防异常饮食行为,培养学生良好的饮食习惯和行为。

The investigation on adolescents dietary behaviors and its influencing factors in Weifang City

Objective To investigate the condition of dietary related behaviors among middle school students in Weifang City and its influencing factors.It is useful to provide scientific basis for preventing abnormal behaviors and formulating nutrition interventions.Methods Investigation questionnaire were performed on adolescent dietary related behaviors among 1261 students selected from 8 schools（including junior high school,senior high school and vocational middle school）.Results Unhealthy dietary behaviors are prevalent in middle school students,71.4% of the respondents being more concerned about their stature and weight,40.7% of them having too strong preference for a certain food.The major influence factors were their grades,family type,parental education level and economic situation.Conclusion There was a certain percentage of unhealthy dietary behaviors in Weifang.It is necessary to enhance nutritional guidance and intervention to prevent abnormal dietary behaviors and cultivate good eating habits.
