| 摘 要： | 目的研究汉黄芩素对TRAIL诱导的A549细胞增殖抑制及凋亡的影响。方法将不同浓度的汉黄芩素和/或TRAIL作用于人肺癌细胞系A549细胞,MTT法检测细胞增殖率,流式细胞术Annexin V-FITC检测细胞凋亡。结果 IC50浓度的汉黄芩素联合TRAIL(100 ng/mL)及单药TRAIL分别作用于A549细胞24 h,联合组细胞增殖率明显低于TRAIL单药组(34.56%±0.52%vs 94.32%±3.28%,P<0.01);联合组细胞凋亡率明显高于TRAIL单药组(28.72%±3.66%vs 7.62%±1.05%,P<0.01)。结论汉黄芩素能够增强A549细胞对TRAIL诱导凋亡的敏感性。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of wogonin on TRAIL-induced apoptosis in A549 cells. Methods A549 cells were cultured and treated with wogonin and/or TRAIL.Cell viability was determined by MTT assay.Apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry. Results The A549 cells were treated with IC50 doses of wogonin and/or 100 ng/mL TRAIL for 24 h,compared with cells treated with TRAIL alone,cell viability was obviously lower and apoptosis rate was obviously higher in cells cotreated with TRAIL and IC50 doses of wogo... |
