| 摘 要： | 目的研究代谢综合征（MS）患者血浆胰岛素样生长因子-1（IGF-1）及胰岛素抵抗（IR）与内皮损害的关系。方法选取满足MS诊断条件的105例患者为病例组,无MS特征37例为正常对照组,根据血浆假性血友病因子水平将病例组分为MS内皮功能正常组和MS内皮功能异常组。用ELISA法测定所有个体的血浆IGF-1水平、放免法测定空腹胰岛素,用胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA-IR）评价IR程度。结果从正常对照组到MS内皮功能正常组再到MS内皮功能异常组,IGF-1水平逐渐下降,HOMA-IR逐渐升高,三组间差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;IGF-1与HOMA-IR呈负相关（r=-0.245,P=0.009）;Logistic回归分析显示：IGF-1水平降低和HOMA-IR水平升高是内皮损害的危险因素。结论 IGF-1水平降低和IR可能与MS患者内皮功能损害相关。
