黄芪注射液对实验性脑出血大鼠行为学及脑含水量变化的影响

摘    要:目的研究黄芪注射液对大鼠脑出血后行为学及脑含水量变化的影响。方法90只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、脑出血组、黄芪组,应用肝素化Ⅶ型胶原酶建立大鼠ICH模型,以Berderson评分评定行为学变化、干/湿重法测定脑含水量。结果①脑出血组和黄芪组在大鼠脑出血后即出现神经功能缺损,并逐渐加重,48h行为学评分最高,之后逐渐恢复,至7d基本恢复正常;黄芪干预组48h、72h行为学评分明显低于相同时间点脑出血组(P〈0.05)差异有统计学意义。②脑出血组和黄芪组在大鼠脑出血后脑含水量即开始增加,48h达高峰,以后逐渐下降,7d基本恢复正常;黄芪干预组48、72h脑含水量明显低于相同时间点脑出血组(P〈0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论黄芪注射液对脑出血后大鼠的行为学及脑含水量变化有干预作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of injection of Milkvetch Root on the variation of behavioral change and cerebral water content of intracerebral hemorrhage in rats. Methods 90 Sprague - Dawly rats were divided into three group:the sham operated group, the ICH group and the Milkvetch Root treated group. Each group was divided into five time point:6h,24h,48h,72h and 7d. The ICH model in rats was established by Heparinized Ⅶ - type collagenase, Berderson score to evaluate behavioral change, the dry/wet weight method to checkup cerebral water content. Results The neurological impairment appeared in the ICH group and the Milkvetch Root treated group after the beginning of the ICH,and gradually aggravated. The score was highest at 48h,and then gradually recovered. It has recovered to the normal at 7d. The score in the Milkvetch Root treated group was lower than that in the ICH group at 48h and 72h (P 〈 0. 05 ), the difference between this has statistical significance. The cerebral water content begin to increase in the ICH group and the Milkvetch Root treated group after the beginning of the ICH, to reach peak at 48h, and then gradually decreased, to recover to the normal at 7d. The cerebral water content in the Milkvetch Root treated group was lower than it in the ICH group at 48h and 72h ( P 〈 0.05 ) ,the difference between this has statistical significance. Conclusion The injection of Milkvetch Root can interfere in the variation of behavioral change and cerebral water content of intracerebral hemorrhage in rats.
