椎间打压植骨联合单cage治疗下腰椎不稳的临床观察

摘    要:目的观察椎间打压植骨联合单cage治疗下腰椎节段不稳的治疗效果。方法对78例下腰椎不稳患者(男27例,女51例),应用半椎板或全椎板切除、神经根管扩大、后路椎间打压植骨联合单cage加椎弓根钉内固定系统治疗,随访6-36个月。结果经动态X线检查显示患者植骨融合率94.8%,融合节段稳定;按JOA评分标准评价术后临床症状改善优良率93.6%。结论后路椎间打压植骨联合单cage加用椎弓根钉内固定系统治疗下腰椎不稳是一种安全、有效的方法。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the ef and methods of the posterior lumbar interbody fusion purely Particle bone impacted grafts and fusion cage with the treatment of The lower lumbar spine instability diseases;Methods A retrospective study was performed for 78 cases of The lower lumbar spine instability diseases(48 patients were male and 30 female),All cases were undergone Semilaminectomy or laminectomy、Nerve root canal、Release of nerve root exploration、Interbody bone grafting combined with single cage and pedicle fixation system,Followed for 6 to 36 months.Results The dynamic X-ray examination showed bone fusion rate of 94.8% of patients,fusion segments stabilit;JOA score were evaluated by standard clinical improvement rate of 93.6% excellent.Conclusion These observations support that the Interbody bone grafting combined with single cage plus pedicle screw fixation for treatment of lumbar spine instability disease is a safe and effective method.
