肋骨接骨板内固定治疗连枷胸的临床研究

目的探讨应用肋骨接骨板内固定治疗连枷胸的手术指征和疗效。方法 41例连枷胸患者均在全麻下切开复位,采用肋骨接骨板结合重点固定法对多发性肋骨骨折行内固定治疗。结果患者术后胸痛均显著减轻,胸壁稳定,胸阔畸形矫正满意,呼吸功能恢复,且无明显并发症。术后2个月复查胸部X线片,显示内固定牢固,骨折断端骨性愈合。结论应用肋骨接骨板结合重点内固定法治疗连枷胸操作简便、疗效可靠、组织相容性好,值得临床推广。

Internal fixation treatment of flail chest with pure titanium and unguiform rib plate

Objective To investigate the operative indications and curative effects of internal fixation treatment of flail chest with unguiform rib plate.Methods 41 cases of multiple fractured ribs of flail chest were treated by intensive internal fixation with unguiform rib plates.Results After internal fixation,chest pains were obviously relieved,chest walls were stable,thorax deformity was invisible and respiratory functions recovered without complications.X-ray indicated the stability of internal fixation and the healing of fracture points of rib after 2 months of operation.Conclusion Flail chest can be treated by intensive internal fixation with unguiform rib plate and the treatment is simple,firm and effective,and the biocompatibility is perfect.
