| 摘 要： | 目的探讨管状胃在胸段食管癌切除术中的临床应用及对术后生活质量的影响。方法对76例胸段食管癌切除术患者以管状胃重建上消化道的临床资料进行回顾性分析,重点探讨管状胃在防止术后并发症方面的优势。结果本组76例患者中,术后发生胸腔残胃瘘1例,颈部吻合口瘘1例,吻合口狭窄2例,右侧胸腔积液4例,左侧气胸2例,均经保守治疗治愈,未发生乳糜胸、喉返神经损伤、胸胃综合征及明显胃-食管反流等并发症。结论管状胃应用于胸段食管癌切除术患者,操作简单,吻合良好,重建消化道后更符合解剖和生理特点,减少了术后并发症的发生,提高了患者的生活质量。
