苦豆子不同生长期不同器官总生物碱含量的动态变化研究

目的考察不同生长期和不同器官苦豆子总生物碱的含量,以确定苦豆子的适宜药用部位及合理的采收期。方法采用醇溶法提取苦豆子总生物碱,用酸碱滴定法测定总生物碱的含量。结果不同器官总生物碱含量变化较大,籽中最高,根中最低;不同生长期根、叶、花、籽中总生物碱含量变化不显著,茎中呈现随月份的增长,含量递减的趋势（5月份最高）;结论建议苦豆子采收期为果实成熟期,以地上部分入药。

Study on the dynamic change of alkaloid content in different organ of sophora alopecuroides L. in different growth period

Objective To study the dynamic change of alkaloid content in different organ of Sophora alopecuroides L.in different growth period,and to explore organ and the optimal harvest period of Sophora alopecuroides L.Methods Alkaloid was extracted with ethanol from different organs,determine total alkaloidal content with acid-base titrations.Results The content of alkaloid there was significant difference in different organ of Sophora alopecuroides L.The contents of alkaloid in seed,leaf,flowers and stem was higher than root;The contents of alkaloid in root,leaf,flowers and seed had no significant difference among different growth period,but the contents of alkaloid in 5 of stem more than others moths.Conclusion Aerial parts of Sophora alopecuroides L.is good and it is the optimal time at the months of 8-9 to harvest Sophora alopecuroides L.
