| 摘 要： | 目的:总结在骨烧伤创面治疗中,使用MEBO烧伤膏促进肉芽组织生长后延期植皮的临床效果及创面愈合情况。方法:对骨烧伤创面使用MEBO及MEBO油纱包扎疗法。结果:38例患者骨烧伤创面未凿除坏死骨质,延期植皮后创面恢复良好。结论:运用此方法可减轻骨损伤、防止骨感染、提高移植皮片存活率、加速创面愈合。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect of MEBO on promoting granulation of bone burn wound and the efficacy of delayed skin grafting and healing condition of the wounds. Method: Bone burn wounds were treated with MEBO and MEBO gauze bandaging therapy. Result: 38 patients with this disease were treated with MEBO without removing necrotic bone substance and were subjected to delayed skin grafting . The wounds healed very well. Conclusion: This method can lessen the injury of bone, prevent bone infection, raise skin graft surviving rate and promote wound healing. |
