齿科桩钉用纤维/树脂复合材料细胞毒性实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究齿科桩钉用纳米SiO2/S-Gf/EAM复合材料的细胞毒性。方法:用四唑盐比色法研究纳米SiO2/S-Gf/EAM复合材料的细胞毒性。结果:随着培养时间的增加,所测材料各浓度组的吸光值也相应增加,阳性对照组增加较慢,空白对照组和测试材料组增加较快,低浓度组的吸光值高于高浓度组,实验材料的细胞毒性为0级。结论:纳米SiO2/S-Gf/EAM复合材料无明显细胞毒性。

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the cytotoxicity of nano - silicon dioxide/high - strength - glass fiber/EAM resin composite as a dental material. Methods: The cytotoxicity of nano - silicon dioxide/high - strength - glass fiber/EAM resin composite was evaluated by MTT assay. Results: With the culture time increasing, The OD value of every density group increased, by which increased slowly in the positive control group and fastly in the blank control group and test group. The, OD value of low - density group was higher than high -density group. Cytotoxity of the test material was zero grade. Conclusion: Nano - silicon dioxide/high - strength - glass fiber/EAM resin composite showed no cytotoxity.
